How did we do that?

Identify the winning angels
Basically, we conduct market research to identify all the pain points that the client might have.
Once we do that, we create different video ads targeting each of these angles. After getting enough impressions on each, we monitor the watch time of the ads to identify the winning ones.
Double Down on it
Once we identify the winning ads, we have to create another round of videos with multiple variations of these ads, as they are the ones that really resonate with the prospects.
Custom Audiences & Omni Channel Presence
Since the beginning, we have known what our remarketing strategy is, and all the custom audiences are created, with pixels and tracking properly installed. This allows us to always stay top of mind once someone visits our website. They will be tracked when they visit, triggering remarketing ads on other platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Discovery ads. This helps address trust objections, as we will be running testimonial videos and many trust-building ads.

Let’s assume that we are running an opt-in page; then we do two main things.
Opt-in Funnel
Book A Call Sequance
Once they opt-in, they will be redirected to a VSL (Video Sales Letter) page on the main sales page. From the moment they opt-in, we give them a 15-minute window to book a call. If they haven’t booked a call within that time, it automatically triggers an automated sequence to encourage them to book a call. This is a great way, if we are using an opt-in and lead magnet funnel, to reduce the cost per lead and increase booked calls.
Appointment Setter
It’s statistically proven that if you don’t call a lead within 5 minutes of opting in, the chances of them booking a call or answering the phone drop significantly. So, we dedicate an appointment setter who receives automated notifications to call the lead as soon as they opt-in. This drastically increases the chances of booking a call.
No Show Sequance
This is an automated sequence that you trigger by labeling the leads in the CRM as “no show.” This is used in case a lead hasn’t shown up for a booked call on your calendar. It will automatically help you reschedule with them. Additionally, the appointment setter will be automatically notified and will receive a notification to call and follow up with the leads to reschedule.

Every client gets a sheet like this, which they can access daily to see all the stats. We don’t rely heavily on attribution models since they are not always accurate, unless we are using Hyros for some of our clients with large budgets.
