Project Overview
El Tawfik Tours is a locally based Egyptian travel company that primarily provided ground transportation and on-the-ground logistics for group tours. Before partnering with UniCamel, they relied almost entirely on a single tour operator for business and had limited exposure to the global tourism network.
They wanted to grow beyond being a local service provider — to build real partnerships with international tour operators and position themselves as a full destination management company (DMC) in Egypt. But without a strong marketing presence or international connections, reaching decision-makers abroad felt nearly impossible.
The Challenge
El Tawfik Tours faced a classic growth bottleneck — strong local operations but no predictable way to bring in new business. They depended heavily on one long-term client and word-of-mouth referrals, which made revenue unpredictable and seasonal.
Trade shows and physical networking events were too expensive to attend regularly, and managing outreach internally wasn’t practical for their small team. They needed a digital solution to:
- Generate consistent B2B opportunities every month.
- Build credibility and visibility among international tour operators.
- Reduce dependence on one client and create a sustainable sales system.
